From your first consultation to your final restoration, our team prioritizes clear communication and your comfort. Our scheduling team works to accommodate your needs, and our friendly staff ensures you always know what to expect next. Here’s how the process works:
The process starts with a comprehensive evaluation, including advanced 3D imaging. Dr. Deljavan will assess your bone quality, discuss your goals, and create a customized treatment plan using our fully digital workflow.
During the surgical phase, the titanium implant is precisely placed into your jawbone using our digital workflow and 3D imaging guidance. Depending on your situation, you may receive a temporary tooth immediately, or we will allow 6 to 12 weeks for healing.
Once osseointegration is complete and the implant has fully bonded with your bone, your restorative dentist will create and attach your custom restoration.
You deserve a smile that lets you live life to the fullest. With dental implants, you can enjoy the confidence of natural-looking teeth, the freedom to eat what you want, and the peace of mind that comes with a permanent solution. Our team specializes in creating these life-changing results with advanced implant technology and compassionate, expert care.
Call Oral & Facial Surgery Associates at 817-283-5581 to schedule your consultation. We will assess your situation, answer all your questions, and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to enhance your smile.
With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. The titanium implant itself is designed to be permanent, while the crown may need to be replaced after 10-15 years due to normal wear.
Yes. Dental implants can replace a single tooth, multiple teeth, or even a full arch. For multiple missing teeth, we can place individual implants or use implant-supported bridges and dentures, which require fewer implants while still providing exceptional stability and function. During your consultation, Dr. Deljavan will recommend the most effective and efficient solution for your needs.
